CareTaker+ offers the following functions:
-Real estate administration (commonhold flat, one-family house, multi-family house)
-Admin of all master data of your real estate object (identifier, address, jear of construction, floor space, land area, information on heating and insurance, important documents, banking account (no HBCI-interface), credit, …).
-All energy meters can be entered and administered with name and account number. Any meter reading can be entered.
-Various pictures can be added to a real estate object. You can import pictures from a photo album or take them directly on site.
-You can add any number of documents to an object (Pdf-documents, Office-documents, etc.). You can add, for example, the corresponding user guide to the details of your heating system, as well as enter notes and reminders.
-An integrated contact management enables you to administer your contacts concerning each of your various objects like craftsmen, care taker, occupant, owner, etc.
-The page called “contacts“ enables you to find all the important information on every contact concerning each object. One click is enough to contact the person you need.
-Floor space can be entered for each multi-family house. Detailed information can be added to each flat including details such as floor space, costs, pictures, rooms, etc. An overview of all flats automatically calculates the rental price per qm.
-For administering several objects with this App, use the integrated search box to employ a quick keyword search for all objects. A unique identifier can be allocated to improve the overview of your real estate objects.
-Journal functions to record damages, defects, repairs, condition, etc. during inspection.
-Do you know the following situation: „You are at one of your objects and you discover damages or you realize that the cleaning company didn’t work as it was supposed to“.
-The integrated journal function enables you to take pictures and comment on them, too. All entries are saved and can be send to the person concerned via e-mail.
-An integrated search box helps to find former entries.
-The integrated contact administration enables you to assign any contact to each of your exposés. When you, for example, enter the data of an interested person during an inspection, you’ll have his or her contact details readily available at any time.
-The integrated „slide-function“ enables you to present all stored pictures to a client. This function offers you an overview of the condition of your real estate object at any place and any time.
